Two-tone vegetable tanned leather key chain. Brown and natural veg tan bonded then hand stitched in a cream colored bonded polyester thread that provides excellent strength and durability. Bonded leather thickness is approximately 5/32" (4mm) thick and is quite firm.

Available in premium brass or nickle hardware. Permanently riveted closed. This combination of hardware, leather and workmanship was made to last a lifetime and look good the entire time.

Hand-stitched leather is often considered superior to machine-stitched leather due to its craftsmanship, durability, flexibility, aesthetics, and repairability. Hand stitching typically utilizes a traditional saddle stitch, which involves two needles and a single thread. This stitch creates a series of interlocking loops, resulting in a stronger and more durable seam compared to machine stitching. The saddle stitch distributes tension evenly along the seam, making it less prone to unraveling or breaking. This ensures that hand-stitched leather products can withstand the test of time and frequent use. Hand stitching allows for easier repairs, preserving the longevity and usability of the leather item. Repairs: If through the normal course of use, any items stitching or riveting fails, we will repair it free of charge.
